This notice covers testudax.com (this site) and the Testudax workspace at app.testudax.com, operated by CAYPAX.

What we collect

• Design-partner enquiries — the details you submit on the Design Partners form or by email: organisation, contact details, role, a description of your agent workflow and your stated pain point.
• Workspace accounts — operator-issued peer credentials and the contract, submission and verification data a peer records in the service.
• Standard web logs — Cloudflare edge logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not do

• No advertising trackers, analytics beacons or third-party cookies on this site.
• No sale or sharing of enquiry data with third parties for their own marketing.
• No use of submitted repository content to train AI models — model/provider handling requires explicit architectural and contractual agreement first.

How it is used and stored

Enquiry data is used solely to respond to you about a design partnership. Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare R2 within CAYPAX's Cloudflare account and in the contact@caypax.com mailbox. Workspace data lives in the service's managed database and object storage. Retention: enquiries are kept while the conversation is active; ask for deletion at any time.
