These terms govern testudax.com and the Testudax workspace operated by CAYPAX. By using the site you accept them.

In-development product

Testudax is in development. The site describes capabilities at their evidenced state — items labelled "in development" or "planned" are not available and are not promised for any date. Verification results describe assurance within a defined, tested scope; they are not a guarantee of correctness, a certification or a compliance attestation.

No warranties

The site and the service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. CAYPAX is not liable for decisions made in reliance on verification outputs beyond the scope they describe.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no probing of accounts or contracts that are not yours, no attempts to circumvent authentication, rate limits or sandbox isolation, and no submissions intended to exploit the verification environment.

Intellectual property

TESTUDAX, the emblem and this site's content are CAYPAX property. Trademark clearance in target jurisdictions is in progress (OQ-8); nothing here grants a licence to use the marks.
